I love the simplicity and charm of this app. The design is thoughtful and is a smart way to reinvent the concept of a "to do" list for the form and function of mobile devices. It does so with "just enough" fun and charisma without being super-duper "skeuomorphic". I would love to see more illustrations about writing, chores — you know — stuff that people do (or should be doing) on a regular basis?
As for some of the negative reviews posted? (PS: I am in no way affiliated with the developers, and I paid full price for the app and know good design when I see it). I dont think some of the reviewers really understand the concept behind this app: Does it allow you to see every card in the stack by shuffling through them? No — but thats not the point ... The point is to make you more productive by having to address each and every item by making a DECISION about each item. If you dont want an item to keep appearing, snooze it for a longer period by holding down on the clock and giving that item a date in the future.
The thing is — Ive used to-do apps that "build up" and show you everything in the planet youve ever written down — but these apps soon become less useful because you eventually become overwhelmed at the size of your list. This app helps you counter that by forcing you to address each item, and having a clear state of mind by reaching "inbox zero". I love it.
