Great support

I really like this app, but a couple of weeks ago it started crashing. I contacted customer support and they got back to me that day and tried to help with the problem. We couldnt get the app working, so they had me send the diagnostics to see if there was something in the code. Within in a day or two they told me to download the update. Low and behold the app opened up right up after the download and Ive continued using the app. In the end theyre still are a couple bugs, but Doo has a great support staff to go along with an easy to use app, and thats why they get 5 stars.
